Course Details
ETH includes 200 hours of instruction, guest speakers from the tourism and hospitality industry, field trips to companies and organizations in the Seattle area, a three-day field trip to Las Vegas, and an official TOEIC administered in the classroom.

Sample Weekly Schedule
The English for Tourism and Hospitality Program meets five hours per day, Monday through Thursday, for a total of 20 hours per week. Here is the weekly schedule:

Discussion and vocabulary related to customer service

  Functional language activities

Writing responses to complaints (computer lab)
