ETH includes 200 hours of instruction, guest speakers from the tourism and hospitality industry, field trips to companies and organizations in the Seattle area, a three-day field trip to Las Vegas, and an official TOEIC administered in the classroom.

Educational Field Trip
You will participate in an educational field trip to Las Vegas. The purpose of the trip is to study various aspects of tourism and hospitality in one of the most famous tourist destinations in the world. You will spend three days and two nights in a hotel and will be expected to maintain a focus on the academic goals of the trip.
